Dolphin Personnel provides a comprehensive monthly Independent Reg 44 visits service to Children’s Residential Homes. This service meets the Regulation 44 requirements outlined in The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015. All of our reports will go through a rigorous quality assurance process before being sent to both the provider and Ofsted within timescales.
